We are a small private mail order company established in 1985, providing the widest selection of stickers and signs for the disabled motorist. We also specialise in the production and selection of very useful personal aids, to make life easier for you.

How to Order

From the Internet
Visit our online store. Select the items you wish to purchase by clicking Add to Basket, adjust the quantity as required. When you have selected all the items you wish to purchase select the Secure Checkout button, where the checkout will ask for your name, address, telephone number (this can help us if we need to contact you regarding a query on your order). This information is CONFIDENTIAL. You will then be asked for your debit/credit card details to complete the payment. International customers please note we can only accept payment by Paypal, Nochex or Card, and not by any other method.

Complete the form with your personal details. Please do not forget to print clearly your NAME and ADDRESS with POSTCODE. By adding your telephone number we are able to contact you if we have a query with your order. This information is CONFIDENTIAL and we do not disclose your details onto any third party. You can pay for your order with Cheque, Postal Order or Credit/Debit Cards. Cheques and Postal Orders should be made payable to GPSP LTD.

Telephone Orders
You can order products from our range over the telephone. You may pay by Credit/Debit Card, Cheque or Postal Order. Telephone Orders may be placed during office hours (Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 6.00 pm).

Minimum Order

Please note that we have a minimum order value of £5.00. The high cost of processing means that we make a loss below this level.

Delivery Times

We expect to send your parcel within seven working days of receiving your order. We try to be faster but it is not always possible and at busy times can be longer. We will advise you if your order is likely to take longer than twenty-eight days. If you do not receive your parcel within twenty-eight days of ordering, please contact us.

Prices and Availability

We reserve the right to amend prices, add or delete products, or change specifications as necessary. Goods are offered subject to availability.

Carriage / Shipping

Goods are sent by Royal Mail.  To conserve our natural resouces and minimise the cost of shipping, we use recycled boxes and packing materials whenever possible.  International Customers please note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.  These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing an order.  These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight or shipping company ar when you pick the item up.

Assistance

Our Company has been trading for over twenty years. If you have a question, or require assistance we will be pleased to help if we can.

Guarantee

Should any of our goods be faulty, please notify us, and return the goods within seven days. Assuming that they are in the same condition as they were when dispatched, we will send you a replacement. Any other goods returned as not being suitable; we will refund the cost less an administration fee of £5.00 per item. Please notify us prior to returning any goods. All returned goods should be in the original packing, and it is recommended that you obtain proof of posting.

Complaints

If we get something wrong please tell us. If we don't know, we can't put it right.

We are committed to protecting your personal information. It will not be passed to third parties for marketing and will be kept secure at all times. By providing your telephone number, we can contact you if there are any queries regarding your order.
